Banana Chocolate Cake

I am always making banana bread or banana cake – mostly because I am constantly left with a bunch of overripe bananas that no one in my house (myself, included) wants to eat. What may look less than appetizing is actually golden in baking. An overripe banana is sweeter, moister, more flavorful, and softer than a just-ripe banana that is ideal for eating.
